Leslie Fields

Plaintiff attorney Leslie M. Fields is one of the most committed civil litigation lawyers in Central Pennsylvania, having handled hundreds of cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, class action lawsuits and bad faith insurance claims throughout her career of more than 30 years.

Fields is a formidable litigator with wide-ranging areas of expertise. She has represented personal injury clients on everything from slip and fall cases to dog attacks to assault and battery. In the area of medical malpractice, she is one of the region's most knowledgeable attorneys and has successfully litigated cases involving medical conditions and injuries to the spine, brain, internal organs and extremities. She is also an expert on law involving cancer, scarring and disfigurement, as well as conditions involving the vascular and nervous systems.

Fields brings all available forces to bear on her client's behalf and has consulted with well-known experts from the fields of biomechanics, accident reconstruction, neuroradiology, fetal and maternal medicine, gynecology, orthopedics, pathology, oncology, psychiatry, pediatrics and internal medicine. As a leading advocate for the rights of plaintiffs in Pennsylvania, Fields has made it her longtime mission to support the Pennsylvania Association for Justice through its political action committee, LAWPAC.

Fields is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and is a longstanding member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, upon which she has actively participated in numerous committees and projects and currently serves on the Association's executive committee.

She is also a former president of the Central Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and an active member of the Pennsylvania and Cumberland County Bar associations.

Fields received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Georgia State University in 1975 and her Juris Doctor from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans in 1978.
