Firm associate, George H. Matangos, a former prosecutor, specializes in criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts. He has prosecuted and defended all types of cases, from those involving misdemeanor crimes such as DUI, retail theft, drug possession to felony crimes including robbery, burglary and felony drug cases. He has also defended more than a dozen clients charged with homicide and has obtained several outright acquittals. Heidi F. Eakin has been an experienced criminal justice litigator for over 20 years. From 1985 to 2007, she was a prosecutor in the Lancaster County Office of District Attorney and served as First Assistant District Attorney from 2000-2007. She has tried over 250 jury cases including 33 homicides to verdict. Since 2007, Heidi has exclusively practiced criminal defense law. Legal assistants are Nicholas D. Ressetar, who researches and writes briefs and complaints, and Jayme Emig and Tiffany Miller, who assist in litigation support and at trials.
